Job Description
Localize brand communication and strategy with local consumer insights.
Ensure outstanding implementation by guiding local agencies in deployments of activities and toolkits developed by Head office brand strategy in the market.
Collect and analyze segment, consumer and brand data to support creation and development of local market brand marketing plan and activity calendar.
Review brand performance recommending revisions to local brand plans as required
Manage budget and resources effectively to deliver marketing / activity calendar.
Connect with local cross functional teams to support creation of integrated business plan that ensures delivery of key business initiatives in the market.
Develop local media strategy plan, including digital media, leading a continual effort to maximize reach and increase ROI on media spending.
Vitalize consumer events
Liase with sales team to ensure effective execution of brand initiatives in store.

Job Requirements
+ 7 years of working experiencs in marketing in Consumer / FMCG industry only
+ 2 year of brand manager role is must
