Job Description
Core Purpose of the Role:
•The incumbent will be working closely with each member of team and the head of FP&A in various management reporting including the company’s forecast, annual budgeting process and actual financial analysis to act as the analytical engine of the company to provide insights and support business decision making for senior management
•Automation and Enhancement of current management reporting as a key lead of FP&A FaB
Key Responsibilities:
•Support FP&A head, country CFO and senior management team with in-depth financial analysis
•Manage in country forecast/budget/actual submissions and assist in reporting to headquarters, country CFO and senior management
•Analyze on monthly, quarterly and annual P&L reports (FGEN) and provide solid commentary, including the variance to budget, prior and forecast
•Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
•Identify enhancements or improvements to process with a goal of reducing cycle time and improving quality
•Work as a key FP&A FaB lead and achieve the automation of various management reports
•Provide efforts in FP&A’s management reporting processes in a proactive manner
•Develop ad-hoc financial analysis for management and/or the business, as needed
•Assist team manager for ad hoc projects with key stakeholders in region and headquarters
Job Requirements
Key Experience:
•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance highly preferred
•7+ years’ experience in financial analysis of financial business including budget and forecast processes
•Ability to explain complex financial information to stakeholders including non-financial colleagues
•Comfortable with fast-paced and demanding environment
Key Capabilities:
•Excellent financial analytic skills on production of monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting that measure financial performance
•Excellence in financial system use (Microsoft and other financial programs)
•Being able to spearhead ad-hoc projects involving key stakeholders in region and headquarters
•Excellent communication skills both in English and local language
