Job Description
- K-IFRS & US-GAAP bad debt calculation and analysis on monthly and quarterly basis
- Monthly GOE and OAC expense allocation in SAP system using Computron data
- Monthly TBR to convert BS accounts at internal FX rate
- Monthly and quarterly cash flow report
- BS reconciliation on a quarterly basis
- Monthly ULAE (Unallocated Loss Adjustment Expense) calculation
- Monthly and quarterly Sales related report to regional HQ
- Ad hoc requests from various teams including external and internal auditors, SOX, Corporate/Group reporting
Job Requirements
Key capabilities
- Excellent numerical ability with accuracy and being excellent attention to details
- Being able to anticipate problems and proactively thinking through the side effects before getting things done
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel
- Good team player
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Korean (English reading and writing skills are a “must”)
Key Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance highly preferred
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar Finance role
- Accounting technical knowledge in both USGAAP and KIFRS;
- Ability to explain complex financial information to stakeholders including non-financial colleagues
- SAP experience is an advantage but not a requirement
- Comfortable with fast-paced and demanding environment
