• the delivery of mobility advisory services to business leads, actual and potential overseas assignees in connection with all Accenture cross border policies
• management of the mobility process control points agreed to ensure smooth delivery of mobility operations
• being the single point of contact and responsible for the employee experience for all HR matters related to cross-border key placement global mobility assignments
• the direct or indirect support of immigration processes, income and social tax processing, and assignee health insurance
• coordination of internal and external vendor services around housing, transportation, schooling and other assignee needs
• the integration of assignees and their families into broader Korean community, and the promotion of a functioning assignee network providing mutual support across the assignee population
• the effective tracking and management of assignment logistics, ensuring key processes (e.g. visa renewals, housing lease renewals, school fee payments, etc.) are executed on a timely basis
• supporting effective representation of overseas assignees in their host country performance and career progression processes
• Develop and maintain information an promotional resources for use in early discussions with potential assignees targeting assignees and family members, promoting Korea as a destination for overseas assignments
• Serve as single point of contact for queries from potential assignees on key elements of assignee experience and on location safety and security
• Initiate the processing of employees through service delivery after candidate selection through repatriation.
• Support HR Business Partners in the creation and timely approval of strategic business cases associated with strategic assignments and in the management of expectations of stakeholders throughout the process.
• Work with business leaders to coordinate timely approvals for assignments.

Ideally minimum 2 years experience in an expat relocation and housing support areas.
Executive experience or demonstrated ability to work effectively with senior leaders is a necessity
Alternative would be a seasoned HR professional with strong HR operations and service delivery experience and an interest in specializing in
mobility management.
Demonstrated ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with senior leaders
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external service providers at all phases of the assignee lifecycle
Ability to work outside normal home country business hours when necessary due to the need for significant cross-border contact. |
