Defines full year budget for POSM activities and manages purchasing within the assigned budget and in full compliance with GRC.
PROMOTERS & MERCHANDISERS MANAGEMENT
Responsible for ensuring effective usage of promoters via strong education and activity mapping by promoter/store.
Develops a promoter scorecard to ensure the service is up to required standard.
Tracks daily activities via physical store checks and other tools to ensure flawless execution during key seasons.
Manages Merchandisers activity in full alignment with channel development team (channels/stores/etc)
Ensure daily tracking of Merchandising activity and provides related tracking to relevant deparments
Defines full year budget for POSM activities and manages purchasing within the assigned budget and in full compliance with company
Over 10 years of Key account and Trade Marketing execution in multinational FMCG or Consumer industry
