Job Description:
Financial Analytics Management
o Review and analyze performance indicators and financial data
o Develop and provide business results, financial analytics and statistical reports to senior management, regional offices and BOD
o Lead annual budgeting process and oversee monitoring and reporting of organizational performance metrics
o Design and communicate business model, business goals and objectives by defining and establishing quantifiable KPI and track progress to ensure business targets are achieved
Communication with Key Stakeholders
o Develop and present communication tools using power points to address business modeling, new initiatives concepts and progress updates to key stakeholders
o Proactive communication with business partners to ensure understanding and collaboration to achieve corporate targets
University graduate with over 5 years experience in business consulting and/or corporate finance.
Highly proficient with Excel and Power Point
Insurance experience is a plus
Excellent analytical, quantitative, problem-solving and influencing skills; ability to manage by influence and work well with others
English & Korean, both spoken and written, and excellent presentation skill
