Provide executive leadership in charge of sales & marketing functions.
Lead operations and strategic direction with full responsibility for top line and bottom line factors, including mid/long-term, range planning and vertical sales growth, distributing and retailing development.
Define key sales strategies and manage business in achieving corporate objectives - profit & share - for the major key customers
Develop Channel Expansion, Channel Pricing & Packaging Strategies, Sales Forecasting, Merchandising and reinforce solid customer relationship by sharing the best practice of mutual interests.
Monthly Key Performance Index Review with regional management & home office on Sales/Marketing Strategies and Key Initiatives for core products, market share & new channel development.
Develop and conduct strategic pricing, product flows and category development including new product launch through out monitoring consumer behaviors and responses in market.
Develop annual budget and mid-long term business plan with P & L analysis, sales forecasting, advertising and profitability of the each category
Over 12 years of proven sales leadership in FMCG.
Strong sales fundamental driven leader with stratgegic marketing insight
Confidence in dealing with customers
Peoplem management skill
Fluent in English
