• 매출 달성을 위한 매장 직원 교육 및 관리.
• 본사 가이드 라인엔 맞게 매장 이미지 관리.
• 매출 달성 및 제품 별 라인 분석, 매장 월 예산 지출 감독 관리.
• 고객 관리.
• Manage the retail store’s daily operations
• Coach and motivate sales team to achieve sales target
• Ensure the store image constantly complies with company guidelines
• Analyze daily sales revenue by product category, monitor the achievement of the monthly budget and implement any necessary corrective measures

명품/ 호텔 서비스 경력자
고급 서비스 출신

기본 영어/중국어/일어 가능자 우대

• Previous relevant experience in luxury fashion brands
• Excellent leadership with ability to coach and motivate sales team to achieve sales target
• Mature with excellent interpersonal skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Korean
• Candidate must be able to work in shift and public holidays
